Excessive fatigue is something that nearly all adults experience at some point in life. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a condition in which excessive fatigue does not pass with time and is so severe that is can be debilitating. Bouts of CFS can last six months or even longer. Common symptoms include sleeplessness, muscle pain, headaches, lack of concentration, and more.
Vitamins have been shown to reduce the symptoms associated with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. All vitamins are beneficial. However, certain vitamins may provide extra benefits to those battling CFS. These include the following:
Vitamin E – This anti-oxidant helps battle heart disease and high blood pressure. It is good for the skin, helps promote a healthy six life, and alleviates fatigue.
Vitamin A – Also works to prevent heart disease. Vitamin A is key to good eye health, and is used to help prevent cancer. Since it boosts the immune system, it can help the body battle Chronic Fatigue Syndrome symptoms.
Vitamin K – A key component in bone mineralization and cell growth. Natural sources include broccoli, beef, spinach and cauliflower.
Vitamin D – Especially beneficial to women as it helps the body absorb calcium which is needed for bone health. Osteoporosis is most noted in women that do not get enough of this vitamin in their daily diet.
Minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium have also been shown to provide benefits. All of these vitamins and minerals can be derived from food sources. However, those who feel unable to get the proper amounts from food each day may choose to take vitamin supplements that will work to fill in any gaps.

yup.... para sa atin din naman yan eh, mahirap na kung go kalang ng go hahaha... dapat alam mo kung ano ang hindi maganda at maganda sa katawan

Tama... Though marami masarap na bawal sa pagkain still.. taking vitamins and supplements will balanced that.

yup iba din tlaga nag tatake ng vitamins... malaki benefits, yung iba ayaw nila dahil baka daw tumaba sila haha

Taking vitamins can help but make sure also that the vitamins you take is the vitamins that you needed..kaya before taking any vitamins supplement dapat punta muna sa dr.para tama yong vitamins na iinumin mo..may mga vitamins na makukuha naten sa mga pagkain araw araw as what it says above na yong vitamins na nde makukuha sa kinakain naten pedi yong vitamins supplement na iinumin to fill the gap..mas madali rin ma identify kung anong food ang good source of each vitamins.yong sa pyramid diet chart malalaman mo how much the amount of meat,veggies,fruits,fish,nuts and rice that you can eat daily..

i agree with ms Cath kasi taking too much medication is not really good to the body so consulting the doctor first before taking any vitamins really a must do advise.

agreee maam cath. wag basta basta maniniwala dun sa mga sabi sabi na ganito ganyan ang bilhin mong vitamins, mas maganda parin yung nagpa check up ka muna bago mag take...

tama sir,baka yung hiyang ng iba eh hindi naman hiyang sa iyo kaya need talaga mag consult sa doctor.... thanks alot sa karma boss
