-
agree ako diyan sir, cardio talaga w/ diet ang pampaliit ng tiyan... yung sit-ups helps pero minimal ang effect nito pero it also burns the fats ang tone the muscle sa abdomenal area
-

Sir istress ko lang to, HIIT approach to cardio exercise is very physically demanding and isn’t for everyone. If you have any cardiovascular problems or other health concerns that limit your ability to exercise at very intense levels, or if you are relatively new to aerobic exercise or not already in good shape, HIIT is not for you—at least for now. If you have any doubts or concerns about whether it might be safe for you, check in with your medical professional before trying HIIT.

Sir nag jojogging na po ba kayo before? Or ngayon lang kayo mag try?
-
nope, sit ups build muscles, not flattens stomachs, cardio po
-
stick to 1 cup of rice, trust me. after 7 month wala na ko love handles. kahit natigil ko na exercise ko, hindi na sya katulad ng dat parang pulis. hehe tiis lang sa gutom. tubig lang ang katapat nyan!!
-
It's all in the genes. If you are not predisposed to have rock hard abs, you will not get them kahit anong exercise pa gawin mo. Pero generally, you have to bring down your overall body fat to reveal your ab muscles, hindi lang sa tiyan ang focus.
-
Generally yes but it needs to undergo strict diet and proper exercise to loose more fats in the body.
-
Actually guys hindi necessary ang rice to eat, I have friends before na obese at tinanggal nila ang Rice sa daily foods nila, instead they went to all meat and veggies diet. Did a lot of jogging. Also tama si babajee27 about sa HIIT, i tried it before kahit di naman ako mataba just to experience kung gaano kahirap yung cardio training na yan, next day iba yung feeling mo, you won't feel any exhaustion. So ingat lang kasi baka kapusin agad ng hininga ;D
-
simple lang solid disipline diet tayo
-
Baka pwede tau magkaron ng friendly competition for "most improved abs" sa december deadline, malaking iba pag may extra motivation.. post current tyan, then sa deadline post uli.. hehe

May basehan ba yan??

I have to agree with "no soft drinks". It worked for me.
"No beer" too. Go for distilled alcoholic beverages if you can't avoid drinking. Acquired taste but you'll get used to it.
-
i agree din.. Cardio exercise and diet helps lessening the tummy... six greatly helps in reducing fats..

Balikan natin mga nakaraan 70sand 80s halos wala pa masyado matatataba or big tummy that time. Puro traditional restaurant pa lang. Wala pa masyado fastfood at mga processed foods. Agree ako na cardio at tamang diet. Disiplina talaga kailangan kahit sa pagkain.

Crunches will build ab muscles, but will not burn fat that much.
-
When your doing sit ups you're just stressing your abdominal muscles (rectus abdominis). If repeated many reps and sets you could burn much calories to make it look thinner but it's not really intended for burning calories, cardio is. More likely, sit ups are for lean muscles kung payat ka na but your abs doesn't look ripped it is the most preferable workout.
-
May libro ako un sa men's health.

-

Strictly speaking, the body does not target fat loss based on the specific area being exercised.
So if you want to lose your belly, you need to look at your body holistically and maybe pair exercise with proper diet.
Sit-ups would help "tone" the area.
