mga pre, gusto ko kasi magka ATM, kaso wla akong valid id, may school id ako kaso dati pa yun. anong bank ba ang nangangailangan lang ng isang valid id, balak ko kumuha nalang ng barangay clearance kasi pwede naman yun,, yung BPI sana kaso 2 valid id ang kailangan, bali kulang pa ako ng isa, 18 yrs old ako, wala ako valid id, barangay clearance lang,

try to get postal id its easy to apply or BDO kabayan ATM only requires 1 id.
pakicorrect na lang if mali hehe

Children in the Philippines who are at least 7 years old and who can read and write can legally open savings and time deposit accounts, deposit and withdraw, using their own names and signatures, according to Presidential Decree No. 734, issued in 1975.
The most common requirements needed to open savings accounts for your children are one or more of the following. If you have them, just bring all of them, in case the bank officers ask for them. Birth certificate of your child (This is the Number One requirement, and can be the sole requirement in certain banks.) School ID or enrollment card, for students Photos of child, usually two 1x1 pictures, just in case Parent's IDs and photos for In-Trust-For accounts for younger children Baptismal certificate, just in case Proof of address, just in case; can be a recent utility bill or credit card statement

i agree with sir sniffer.... or follow what sir animazo said... birth certificate, baptismal, school id, voters id, baranggay clearance, cedula... etc... i think this would be fine plus the money at least the maintaining balance the bank requires....

postal id pinakamadali tsaka birthcertificate pwede na yan .. since 18 ka palang, magandang simula yan sa buhay mabang bata mag-ipon ..

as far as I know,
Postal ID Police Clearance NBI Clearance Birth Certh. School ID TIN ID Drivers License ToR
Any documents that can give identification as to who you really are and that have been authenticated by the prescribe office can be used. XD

:-\ need lang isang valid ID kapag mga debit cards ang io-open mo... try mo sa allied bank or PNB branches... open ka ng cash card nila... actually debit card yun na ang functions nya is like an ordinary ATM cards din... pwede sya sa mga incoming remittances and most especially sa pagbabayad ng mga utilities na din.... tama yung advice na pumunta lang sa desired bank and ask for options, lahat naman kasi ng bank ay gagawa ng paraan para maka open ng account ang bawat nag aapply dahil nangangahulugan yun na madadagdagan na naman ang kita nila once na may additional account.
ako nga ay naka open ng account na kulang ang re quirements.

Postal Id ang pinakamadaling makuha pangalawa ay voters id. try mo sa ibang bank sir may mga banks na tumatanggap kahit police clearance or CTC lang.

how old are you ba? well, its easy to acquire ID..kung voters ka you can have your voter's ID plus residence certificate..pwede na yun...

get a postal id.. yun ang pinaka madaling makuha eh..
then go to your desired bank ask if what are the options you could use

Did you try going to the bank and ask them how they could help? There are times when they could be pretty accommodating when it comes to requirements. Tell them your situation, it's pretty rare for bank to turn down a customer specially when a branch is new. It is best to ask them for suggestions.
When it comes to ID naman, I find that Drivers license is the easiest and most convenient to have. It's always in my wallet and doesn't expire for years and bringing it along with me wherever I go is second nature.
Ask if a student drivers ID is an option and see if that works out for you. You're hitting two birds with one stone by doing so. On one hand you're on your way to having a driver license that you would likely need in the future, and on the other is you get to have a valid ID.

try to walk in sa mga bank, im sure they'll figure out something for you....
