Guys any tips para sa magandang training para sa beginner.
Gusto ko kasi sumali sa mga fun run kaso mahina talaga stamina ko. :(

try mo muna tumakbo ng 15 minutes non stop, jog lang, wag run, para matapos mo ang 15 mins. pag kaya mo na ng non-stop ang 15, gawin mong 20, and so on, hanggang makaya mo na 30 - 45 minutes na walang hintuang takbo. pag kaya mo ng tumakbo ng 30-45 mins na non-stop, pwede ka na sumali sa funrun, simula ka muna sa 3k for starters

Just believe to yourself, step up your foot on the road and be motivated. No matter how short or long nor slow or fast as you can run you are a runner.

try to take it slowly. you can test it on the thread mill.
here you can gauge your strength.

i used to run marathon...
1. the best thing is keep your body in check...
2. go to the doctor first for physical check-up so you will know if you really can run the marathon without any risk.
3. Be sure to have enough sleep needed by the body and that would be 8 hours maybe 7 can be permitted
4. No vices, especially smoking and hard drinking sessions
5. Before running, do some stretching for the legs, arms, head, etc to loosen your body
6. jog at slow phase for 15 minutes and then increase until 30 or so you feel tired...and rest, don't force yourself too much, its just the beginning
7. Do this everyday then record how long you can increase the phase and time and how long you can keep up with jogging without stopping.... and try reaching your limit...and getting your phasing
8. if you can jog or run for full 2 to 3 hours then try joining a marathon, but don't push too much if you can't, the least thing that you want to do is keep up with the veterans then loosing all you air without getting to the finish line, no matter how we practice, the competition will always be different.. experience is still the best trainer....

When you join a run, you can start running for 50 meters and walk then run again with same distance or more and walk again that is why it is called FUN RUN. It is during the similar fun runs that you join that you develop your stamina. Later, you will crave for more challenge by joining a mini marathon, that is a 10k run but first have a check up, after the 10 the half marathon which is the 21K this one is for the enthusiast and if you got what it takes then you level up into a full marathon that is the 42.195K this is where the boys are separated from the men! Thanks guys. Plano ko kasi 2hrs per day. siguro 15mins jog tapos lakad tapos 15mins jog ulit and so on. Ok lang b ung ganun na routine?
