tama yan,,... kaya nga importante yung mga goverment agencies like sss at pag ibig, makakatulong talaga sila kapag tumanda na tayo... malaking tulong sila dahil sa pensyon na makukuha natin every month...

As the saying goes,growing older is compulsory but growing up is a choice hehe..tanggapin kung yon na edad na tumatanda na pero not mean naman na because your old na you can only act like old..pedi rin nman maging active like young .. :D

Anyway thanks for the post bro. Ganun talaga, we all age. Maswerte na nga tayo than sa ibang generations na 20-30 ang average lifespans. Nowadays septuagenarians are very common and living a relatively active lifestyle.
