Magandang umaga po sirs. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung ano ang mabilisang lunas sa ubo at sa sipon.
May presentation po kasi ako sa Monday at kailangang maintindihan ako kaso eto nga, tinamaan na po ng sipon at ubo dahil nabasa sa ulan at nalimutan mag vitamin c.

Vit C, Citrus fruits and juices, water.
I don't know if it's really effective pero sabi nila wasabi daw kasi menthol, like relieving swelling of your pharyngeal mucous.
If barado at ayaw gumamit ng OTC drug. Use salinase or nasal spray, tubig na may asin lang yun. It clears up the mucous in your nose.

Since tapos na po ang presentation nyo at naalis na ubot sipon nyo sa akin ay opinyon lang..ayon sa aking nabasa ang sipon daw at ubo ay walang lunas,di daw ito tulad ng ibang sakit na pagnagkaroon ka ay magiging immune ka na dito,gaya halimbawa ng bulutong,ang mas mabisa daw nito ay precentive medicine,gaya nga ng nasabi nila nutritious food,plenty of water,healthy exercise and vitamins...salamat po..

depende sa sanhi ng sipon and other associated s/sx... go with antihistamines, diphen, stuff like that.. useless ang vitamin c pag may sakit na, pang prevent lang yan.

No idea. Hanggang ngayon tumatahol parin ako eh, pero lagnat wala na.
Basta rest lang and lots of water for me. It usually works itself out.
I suggest kung kaya naman, just tough it out, kesa mag take ng synthetic medicines, pero of course within reason.

Proposition: Fastest way is to go to a doctor and have yourself checked.
They know more than us regarding medical ailments.
We stick to what we know, we leave them to handle things they know.
