Title: Highest Grossing Movie Franchises

The folks over at BuzzFeed have made this beautiful chart showing the 32 highest grossing movie franchises of all time. And yes, Twilight made the list. There were no porn titles though, which I found hard to believe considering some of those movies have dozens of sequels (i.e. Tig Ol' Bitties 37). I guess people just don't watch as much p0rn as I imagined. It's like my whole world is crashing down around me and I'm the only one at work with a copy of Co-Ed six Camp in the disc drive.

labas ba diyan ang ticket prices? alam naman natin na noon, mas mura pa ang movie tickets kumpara ngayon. kaya mas masasabi natin na mas malaki ang kinita ng mga bagong movies.

grabeh yung star wars...para kasing sa 6 movies...mukhang siya ang number because yung James Bond na Films ay masyado na madami ang bilang...
Harry Potter is a given...with 8 movies all in all...not to mention mas mataas ang value ng movie tickets compared 20 years before...which is setting ng Star Wars...

All earnings are adjusted for inflation so tabla tabla ang calculation.

Expect StarWars to dominate by 2016. Episodes VII to IX are on the works. Also sa dulo ng StarWars with a small silver line - that's the 2008 Clone Wars.

Interesting. I wonder if the Godfather trilogy will ever see a remake..?
