This is a common symptom of hyperhidrosis. Don't worry it's natural.
I have this kind of situation and hygiene is the best intervention in such.

Sensitive kasi po ang sweat glands nyo by the reaction of your body. Might be the temperature, humidity, what you eat or what is excess to your body.

Sa paa po if you really worry too much I recommend using deodorant for this. I know it's pretty unusual pero it does helps. Sa pagpili po ng deodorant please look for the ingredients, look for the chemical called Aluminum chloride. I have the same situation, I use high endurance.

Please as much as possible do not use rubber slippers or slippers that cause you too much sweating kung gagamit man kayo, walang medyas.
Do not wear shoes if not necessary, tulad ng damit na nakukulob ganyan din ang nangyayari sa paa mo.

There are other types of home remedies to treat this kind of reaction in the body. I recommend to try them all:

1.Drink tea, if you'll be drinking at night, use less caffeine like Sleepy Time.

Tea helps us prevent to release much oils in the body... And less oil you release the less na mabaho ang body part na yun.

2. Avoid spicy foods, alcohol and caffeine

Sweating is not just caused by outside factors. Kung palakain ka ng maanghang pawisin ka talaga. So as alcohol at caffeine. Although caffeiene dehydrates you it also triggers hyperhidrosis. Alcohol was one of the major triggers of it, simple enough kapag umiinom ka ng alcohol, body temperature mo at reaction sa katawan mo pagpapawisan ka talaga.

3. Body hygiene

Natural na pagpawisan ka, of all of the sweating and wet surfaces of the body, maraming bacteria ang kakapit sa balat. And this causes bad odor also. In my own experience I took showers 3x in summer and 2x in normal days. Gamit po kayo ng sabon na for men or sports, even if your a female, male sweat more than women because of activity and more body weight and anatomical dominance in the field of activity. Body wash with such brands have more scent that stays longer than ordinary soaps. Kung naniniwala ka sa kasabihan na wag maligo after work or after strenious activity, use warm water or wait for 15 mins before taking showers. (I've experiences kasi na nagadvice ako, masyado palang traditional yung person kaya ayaw nyang sundin ang step na ito)

4. Drink lots of water

To reduce body temperature and prevent dehydration, drink lots and lots of water. I usually drink more than 3 liters a day, yun po ang quota ko. It could reduce your temperature to prevent too much sweating at kung pagpawisan ka man marami ka pang tubig sa katawan.

Other remedies:
The following is just from what I read that I didn't tried. Although most of this is effective I'll just recommend this if your sweating is still a problem. It's rather invasive or expensive doing the following treatments kasi. Our situation is common.

Sage tea- from articles i've read sage tea has a huge help in this situation pero mahirap po kasi itong hanapin sa pilipinas. You could drink this or put it in warm water and rest your hands and feet in.

Botox type A- this is given by dermatologists, para maparalize ang sweat glands mo just for the sake na hindi siya magreact.

Surgery-removal of the sweat glands, in my opinion is the last resort if sweating would do too much problem in your daily activities. It permanently removes or destroys the glands.
