preventive lang yung sa akin eh, para kasing sumusikip yung dibdib ko dahil cguro sa hindi ako pinagpapawisan bro, naka upo lng maghapon kaya isang araw sumikip yung pag hinga ko, kaya nag search ako sa net, tas sinubukan ko ngabyan... ok naman siya, nawala yung paninikip ng dibdib, cguro mantika na hindi natunaw yun lol, kaya ngayon nag jojoging ako sa umaga bago maligo pumasok sa work...

Parang walang nabanggit na menthol o bulok lang talaga ako sa botany. Hahaha!
Anyway, i had migranes and I don't think coffee is that effective. Although it helped me from headaches in hangovers.

Some people use cinnamon to cure headaches and migraines ..

Coffee does help mitigate my migraines. I use very high concentrations though.
