nakakatuwa nga ito.... stupid boss + stupid employee = overtime .....ayaw ko ng mag-overtime kahit pilitin ako.... hehehehe

In a real co. or corp. employees is a group of different ppl. Not all are going to be smart or not so smart! And the boss will not be stupid! He/She might be an unreasonable sometimes but he/she won't be a boss if he/she is stupid! Some might think that way but he/she won't be a boss if he/she was. 

Whoever made that chart is a smart alec!

And in the eyes of the employee the boss is always stupid and in the eyes of the boss the employee is always stupid HAHA
