Good info. Just to add, squats and deadlifts also help strengthening back muscles thus reducing pain.

My recurring back problems ako before kasi palagi ako naka upo sa drawing table, kakagawa ng mga drawing plates before. Pero when I hit the gym with my friends nawala sya dahil na focus yung sakit sa muscles naman ;D
