Hi,
Just wanted to get your suggestions/tips/opinions on how to best tone body muscles

When you say tone, I assume that you're not into the stereotype body building physique ala Arnold Shwarzenegger. Go to the gym and hit the weights. If you're fat, also do cardio aside from lifting weights. If you're skinny and looking to gain weight and muscles then cardio would be counter productive in starting your quest to a toned body.
Start by getting stronger. Begin with the Starting Strength program then later on you can move on to Strong Lifts 5x5 which is my personal favorite.

Kung lean muscles i suggest do some kettebell swings it gives you cardio and a little bit of strength training. Try to do 50/20 for 1 hour- 50 one hand swings and 20 seconds rest or 30/30/30 - 30 left hand swing, 30 right hand and 30 seconds rest.

Burn fats and lift light weights with more reps. Also try to search for "Circuit Workouts". According to a trainer at Gold's Gym, it is an effective way to burn fats and tone muscles.

muscle toning lang po for a slim person :D

Hmm parang mahirap e tone ang muscle pag slim kasi not much enough fats to form into muscle..pero im sure sa mga gym may exercise plan po para sa mga slim na magpapa tone ng muscle..

toning ba kamo??
push ups
Crunches
Burpees
and Plank
di mahirap magtone ng ktwan.. u just need a healthy diet at gawin mo yang apat na yan.... yung dami ng repetitions eh ikaw na ang bahala..
suggestion ko

tpos rest ka ng sunday.. mas maganda din kung magjjoging ka ng araw araw kahit 15 - 30 mins lng... every other day pwede din :>>
