Yes. Don't take chances. It's always best to consult and have yourself treated.

Madami na ako nadinig na tragedies about this.

To parents, if nakagat anak nyo please don't think of the expense. Have your child treated no matter how benign it looks.

Just follow the vaccination regimen... It's the only advice I could give.

dagdag lang po.. ayon din daw po ay may tinatawag na rule of 7,, monitor daw and behavior ng both animal at person victim in the first 7 hours pag ok sya, monitor ulit in 7 days, then 7 wks then 7yrs, pag nkalampas ka daw doon it means ur totally out of danger, but this is applicable lang dun sa mga nakagat ng hindi man lang nagpa inject ng anti-rabbies/tetanus vaccine..

Yes.
There is a carrier na kaya walang symptoms malakas pa ang immune system to resist the virus but it will also end up there.

It's not too late to finish the treatment. To know about vaccines it is used as a memory para makilala ng immune system mong rhabdovirus ang nasa loob ng katawan mo, and the wbc will kill it. I recommend continuing the treatment just to make sure...

very alarming talaga ito...kaya dapat lahat ng domestic animal should be properly vaccine or put in a pound.... dangerous especially to young children....
