Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

Good post.
Just to add, may nabasa din ako about cayenne pepper. Isang kutchara daw mixed with a glass of mildly hot water and painumin yung hina heart attack. It will help save your life daw in an emergency in case you have these at your home and there is not much help around.
But of course I am no doctor, and this isn't a medical advise. Pero it might help if that scary occasion rears it's ugly head.

Being alone does not mean that you can't seek help to anyone pwede ka namang tumawag o gumamit ng any means para maka attract ng tao.

beg to disagree, may mga early warning signs ang heart attack like angina, perspiration and etc. and heart attacks can last up to 5-12 secs not to mention na 5-15 minutes ang early warning signs nito. More than enough to call for help esp. ngayon na most of the time andyan sa bulsa natin parati ang ating mga mobile devices.
My cousin died from a cardiac arrest, 12 years ago at natatandaan ko ang lahat ng details sa case nya.

Sorry to say but the information is in no way recommended by medical authorities. Such misinformation is counterproductive and potentially dangerous. Using the procedure outlined in place of immediately seeking medical help could actually cost a life rather than save it.
