having snack before bed really helps....cereal or wheat bread na lang non in the morning.. 8)

Kapag trip ng tyan at utak ko kumain ng snacks sa gabi.. kadalasan, pandesal at pansit ang kinakain sa gabi lalo na kapag napupuyat sa computer..
