for those who love listening to FM radio stations:
anung stations ang bet niyo?
matagal nakong rusher - fan ni chico and dell ( morning rush) me ka 3-some na sila ngaun si Gino Q
then every Sunday morning RX pa rin ako nakatutok ,,for some Hip hop and R n B ..pang upbeat lang habang naglalaba ,, :-[
then pag sunday night pampatulog ko wave 89.1

Dati sa tambayan 101.9 ako. Tapos hindi ako nakinig sa FM ng ilang taon.
Tapos nagswitch na ako sa Monster Radio RX 93.1 at Magic 89.9 noong late 2009

Yes, there are more listeners of "masa" stations, thus they generate more revenue... The backers of NU107 didn't think they had a wide enough user base, so they pulled the funding...

The iPod killed those stations, I guess. Kaya puro pang Masa stations natira.
I used to tune in to Citylite, XB, NU, LA, RT, KLite. Now, its either 105.1 or 105.9.
Off topic: anyone here followed Tropical Banter (Basti Artadi and Tirso Ripoll's podcast). Man, it was hilarious. Too bad Tirso begged off, Basti never pursued it. Its never the same without Tirso, anyway.

tagal na akong di nakaka pakinig sa fm .. since nag abroad ako pero before i tuned in sa nag paalam ng NU107 .. so sad ng malaman ko nag off air na sila .. then isa pang pinapakinggan ko before wave 89.1 yung wave music forget ko na kung anong day yun tagal na din kasi .. may isa pa LA 105.9 yata yun di ko lang alam kung meron pa?? meron paba nun mga kapatid??

sad naman maraming local bands ang sumikat dahil sa LA105 .. halos puro bootleg mga trip ko pakinggan nuon .. dyan din nakilala ang eraserheads.. sila lang yata kasi ang radio station ang may lakas loob na mag play ng kantang pare ko dahil may lyrics na "diba? TANG INA!" haha panis!!!

Haha, oo nga pre lupet ng LA, mga songs like Ayaw ni Mama ng Rock, Kapre, Utol ng Kabarkada Ko, saka bands like KNK, Shampoo ni Lola at Dahong Palay naalala ko naman diyan.
