How many glasses of water should we take in a day?
The Institute of Medicine determined that an adequate intake (AI) for men is roughly 3 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day. The AI for women is 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day.

kaya madami ang recommended na inumin kasi kahit wala tayong ginagawa, i.e. nakagiga, about 1 liter na ang nauubos na water sa katawan natin. Breathing and sweating, pwede tayo mag lose ng about 800ml per day. sa urine mga 1-1.5 liters na, tapos sa feces natin, about 200ml din. kailangan talaga uminon ng tubig
