Pag sobra antok talaga. Power nap muna sa gas station. 10min lang kaya na ulit mag drive ng ilang oras.

dapat may nginunguya ka mani or cornick ,o kaya chewing gum or candy, inom softdrinks, pag di na kaya dapat idlip ka kahit 15 to 20 mins malaking bagay

kapag mahaba-haba ang biyahe, matutulog muna ako. pagkagising, kakain, iinom ng multivitamins, at hihigop ng kapeng barako.

then sa biyahe, ang baon ko ay:

1. butong-pakwan

2. mani

3. red bull or lipovitan

4. ice at frozen towel - ilalagay sa leeg, at pag nawala na ang lamig, ibababad sa ice.

I sing a lot, or listen to comedy podcast. I enjoy driving, lalo na to long places, but  hate bumper to bumper traffic congestion though.

Bihira naman ako antukin, pero yeah singing helps a lot. Even if pag nag sisimba and I am kinda drowsy, I sing pretty loud.

Pag inaantok ka na talaga, roll down your windows as the oxygen inflow will help to revive you and turn the A/C to get air from outside

get enough sleep. dapat may constant kang kausap habang nasa manibela ka. play rock or dance music. magbaon ng fingerfoods na hot & spicy, yung maanghang talaga. drink sour fruit juice like kalamansi or lemon.
