In general, copy-pasting somebody else's work is plagiarism, especially if there is no attribution. Hindi po sapat na sabihin at the start or end of an article na: "credit to the original author" or something similar.
The attribution must state the source and author of the "borrowed" article. It may be in the form of a foreword, footnote, and/or bibliography.
Pasensya na mga ka-PT pero marami po dito ang nanghihiram ng article sa ibang sites, pino-post dito ng walang proper attribution.
Mayroong ding mga bodies of work na pwedeng gamitin under the "Fair Use" principle. Still proper attribution must be done, explicitly crediting the source, owner/author of the article.
It is not my intention to criticize anyone. But I think it is good practice to give proper credit where it is due, not just saying "credit to the original author / uploader".
