e pano naman kaya kung sa sobrang bilis mo matapos ng work e wala ka na gagawin buong linggo? magaling ka masyado talaga. at mag iinternet ka na lang habang tinitignan pa ng mga concerned bosses ang gawa mo. dapat ipromote ka rin. pero ang mangyayari, bibigyan ka ng mga walang kakwenta-kwentang trabaho dahil may free time ka. so ang gagawin mo next time, tatagalan mo na lang ang work mo. hehe

My take on this kaya maraming issues on employer-employee relationship.

Kasi sa human nature, everybody wants to be a boss.

Lahat ng issues nag aarise dahil sa instinct na yan. Kaya kahit anong kayod gawin ng employees, still you are secured and trapped on being an employee. And will never become an employer not unless you buy the company or marry the owner.

So why not be your own boss and run a company?

Curious ako kung isa bang business owner si TS malamang OO. Marami ka bang empleyadong nanghihingi ng increase ngayon?

Tama si theshepherd, kahit na anong taas ng sweldo ang hingin mo, tataas at tataas lang din ang standards of living mo kaya parang wala rin ang inincrease mo. Kung isa ka talagang masipag na empleyado, baka hindi para sa inyo ang pagiging isang dakilang alila sa opisina? Unless nasa managerial level pataas ang trabaho mo. Pero iyon din ay kung isang MNC yan at hindi tsupipay na kumpanya.

Pag dating sa promotion, sa totoo lang... marami ngayong company sa atin lalu na offshore ang main office, na ang mga pinoy na boss ay wala talagang plano para sa mga employee..malabo ang career growth, depende nalang kung sipsip ka..... kumbaga, kung employee ka lang sa baba, dyan ka lang, hindi ka pwede ma promote kasi baka ma palitan mo pa ang boss. Bawal mag reklamo.... kung ayaw mo, edi wag.... mag resign ka. Ang katwiran nila, madami naman applicants.

If you are asking for a raise and not get it, it's okay. If you are sick and tired going nowhere as employee go and start your own business. There's a lot of opportunity out there floating everywhere you just choose what you think is suited to you. I'm sure you'll know what's your worth.

Maraming hard working na tao pero naghihirap pa rin. Kaya nga ang magandang gawin sa sipag natin ay magsimula talaga ng sariling negosyo.

Pero kung masaya ka naman sa trabaho mo at mahal mo ito, gusto mong mag-increase ang sweldo at mapromote ka may ibibigay akong tip. Isang tip lang pero proven and tested na. "Go The Extra Mile" - the habit of doing more than paid for. Sa simpleng eksplenasyon magtrabaho ka ng higit pa sa job description mo. Again proven and tested na yan aprubado na yan ng kalikasan kasama na sya sa "laws of nature". Gawin mo yan and watch the unexpected magic!

I think may mali sa pagiisip na ang pagiging masaya sa work at salary increase/promotion ay dapat sabay. Pede po maging masaya ka sa work mo pero hindi ka masaya sa sahod mo (ano man dahilan mo). In reality, pera pera lang naman yan eh. Kung gusto mo malaking sahod eh di maghanap ka ng ibang company o work na mas malaki ang tatanggapin mong sahod. Pero maling gawain po yung gagalingan mo o bibilisan o babagalan mo ang work mo dahil hindi ka masaya sa sahod mo :(. kung magaling ka - galingan mo pa wag yung ibabagay mo na lang sa mga petiks yung gawa mo dahil hindi ka masaya sa sahod mo :(. wag na lang natin pagusapan ang mga petiks ha kasi alam na natin kung ano bagay sa kanila. Naging manager din naman ako, at yung mga binabantayan ko ay yung mga magagaling (dapat consistent) para di mahirap ijustify ang increase at promotion. Hirap sa iba, makagawa lang ng kakaiba gusto increase/promo na. Dapat may consistency of doing great. Yung mga normal, hayaan lang yun kasi ginagawa naman nila work nila. Yung mga petiks ang babantayan ko din para paghindi talaga magbago aba advise to resign / or terminate with cause na agad para magkaroon ng openning at mabigyan ng opportunity ang iba.
Masaya ako sa work ko kahit hindi ko masyado gusto ang sahod ko. Kung may magoffer sa akin na x1.5 or x2 sa sahod ko lilipat ako - no questions asked.
