1. Not a staff on other sites.
2. No ban record.
3. Atleast he or she is already a minimum of one year being member of PT
Some questions you must answer:
1. What time(ph time) you are mostly online in PT?
2. If you want something to add/change in PT, what should that be?
3. Why do you want to be part of the PT staff?
4. What qualities do you have that others don't have related in this field?
5. Is your facebook account associated to your forum account (check here), if not, why?
6. Do you have plans to be inactive in this forum for the next 12 months?
7. PC or MOBILE USER?
Situational:
1. If you had a friend/co-worker/relative/wife/husband or somebody close to you who is involved on a case in this site how can you handle as a staff? Explain briefly.
2.If an old PT members who is now active in other forum site and try to recruit or pirate you how will you react to the situation.
3.If so happened to be that you become one of the PT staff and you end up in a situation that you made a wrong decision that put your fellow staff into jeopardy how will you handle the situation.
