Bakit po ang public attorney's office ay para sa mahihirap lamang? Paano naman ang mga nasa employed sector na hindi kalakihan ng sweldo. mahal po ang legal counsel at mga may kaya lang ang makakakuha nito

anybody can avail of the PAO's services provided you can really show proof that you can't afford to hire a lawyer's services... It's open to all... And i have to share to you this, there are also good PAO lawyers around who opted to choose to employ themselves there instead of ioining  big law firms....

aside from that there is a new rule issued by the SC, for lawyers mandated to provide free legal assistance. the hour that they devote to such apostolic work is credited to them.

General Rule: You don't have to be the lowest of the poor just to avail the services of the public attorney's office...
