Avoid Alcohol For Better sixual Performance & sixual Health

Men, taking a woman out for drinks may not be such a good idea if you plan on having sixual intercourse later in the evening. Too much alcohol inhibits peek  sixual performance –so if you really want a drink, go ahead but drink conservatively and you will improve you ability to perform later that evening.

Heavy drinking can lead to sixual health problems like erectile dysfunction. Erections depend on good circulation to the penis and long-term heavy  alcohol use can damage arteries and veins which carry blood to the penis, making erections possible. Long-term heavy alcohol use  can also reduce testosterone levels, lowering both sixual drive and sixual function.

Drinking heavily while on a date may also lead to impaired judgement, causing you to choose a sixual partner that you would normally avoid due to a fear of sixually transmitted diseases. Heavy drinking may also impair judgement when it comes to using birth control.

Not only can heavy drinking on a date with a person you do not know well lead to impaired performance, it could possibly lead to a STD or an unwanted pregnancy. Ease up on alcohol consumption if you tend to drink heavily on first dates and you’ll find you will have a much better time.

yeah tama naman.. sabi nga ng iba kapag lasing mahirap patigasin si manoy which may cause na hirap din labasan si lalake.. ewan ko lang sa babae kung lasing ganun din pero it seems na mataas ang level ng  L nila kapag lasing hehehe
