Which bank have you experienced a worse or bad customer service?

:-\ (1+1) catch first your 2nd +K for this topic.... actually lahat naman ng banks have their downside in terms of services... its just a matter of location.. may mga location kasi na very toxic ang pasok ng pera, like binondo, caloocan, greenhills, malabon, divisoria, etc. ... so kapag nasundan mo yung mga valued clients nila eh talaga naman aabutin ng siyam-siyam dyan... we can not enforce our own will na ma-serve tayo agad-agad, we should also look upon the wellfare of the tellers, aba, mahirap din malusutan ng fake bills or ma-short sila... my advise is that we should try depositing on their other branches which are not usually loaded with clients like us via inter-branch banking... now, the proper way of gauging banks on their bad service is on how they assist us in our business and or consumer loan applications... how fast they grant it and are documentations/requirements have been acted upon, then we can now assess how terrible this bank is as compared to your other bank...
nasa Q & A section tayo ng interactive... palagay ko wrong board ito for this post... anyways, nice topic...

Thanks Sir jamesbond, would you recommend a bank who has the largest network of branches, so you will have a lot of options to do banking?

:-\ first, i suggest that you make it a point to have at least two bank accounts on 2 different banks... this way you have more options and also more convenience... as the saying goes in local parlance, "don't put your eggs in one basket".... kapag nalaglag si basket na may lamang mga itlog eh hindi lahat mababasag... meaning may magsara mang isang bangko na kabilang ka eh hindi mawawala lahat ng pera mo...
now, kung talagang isang bangko lang ang choice mo, well, you have to consider convenience on your part.. as to which bank can give you more leeway in receiving and making your deposits/withdrawals...
right now, BDO caters a 7 day full banking hours up to 7:00pm sa mga SM Malls, their branches located aside from malls have 5 days only... ma-tao nga lang at worse nakatayo ka sa pila, hehehehe... okay na din ito for starters sa business, why? because you can fund your issued checks paid to your various obligations even in the evening and on weekends... as to quality, hmmm.... ok lang... hahahaha... lengya, mahirap mag-elaborate dito hahahaha...
if you dont need a 7 day banking needs, pinaka para sa akin na bank is BPI... this is where the elites park their deposits based on its well stabilized manner of handling their institution... kumbaga sa kotse eh Mercedes-Benz toh hahahaha... iba kasi kapag nadidinig or nalalaman ng mga ka-transaction mo na account holder ka ng BPI, mataas ang pag-uri nila sa iyo... in terms of service? the best ito...
if you dont like my above suggested banks to you, you should try naman the list of Top Ten banks in the Philippines today... at jan mo i-based naman ang preferred choice mo.. i dont have the current list right now for your much needed perusal but its worth looking up to...

matagal na ata akong di nakakapunta sa banko e. years and years na.
99% na ata ng transactions ko either sa ATM na or online nalang. sa sweldo, widro ng pera, deposito, etc etc.
