your affairs outside of PT is your concern and yours alone. hindi nakikialam at walang balak makialam ang PT sa kung anuman ang ginagawa ng isang member outside of PT.
doon sa sinasabi mong threat, kung dito sa PT nangyari yan, i-send mo sa kahit kanino na staff ang proof. now, kung sa labas din ng PT nangyari ang sinasabi mo na threat, unfortunately wala kami magagawa doon. tulad ng nasabi ko na, hindi kami nakikialam sa anuman ang ginagawa ng members outside PT. our concerns, responsibility and authority are limited within the confines of this site.

how can you say haligi if a simple forum rule has been violated repetitively as the reason why such member is banned? for me its not the question of your contribution here for being haligi as they may say, it is how you follow the rules. Wala akong pino-point out na any case or banned members here sir. Im just asking if there is any chance to reconsider his/her works and efforts for this site if a member is already banned permanently. Yes i did say haligi sir, for me, kung matagal kanang members dito at taon na ang ginugol mo and at the same time very active ka, not only for viewing the threads but you are a top thread starter then i must say you are one of the haligi of pinoytambay. Sorry kung mali ang intindi ko sa meaning ng haligi dito sa Pinoytambay Sir admin.

tama po kayo, everytime na nagchecheck ako ng log madami ang nadedetect ng system na "dual account" pero hindi lahat ito 100% dual accounts talaga.
dyan papasok ang human intervention dahil kung tutuusin pede lang iban agad ng system yan kaso meron dyan mga same IP lang ang gamit, halimbawa dalawang pt member ang nagaadik sa isang internet cafe, or nasa isang mall na nakikigamit sa free wifi. kaya hindi namin agad binaban.

Lahat naman ng case napapag-usapan tol, gaano man kabigat may mga rules na dapat i-apply sa bawat case at may mga conditions na dapat sundin sakaling ma-lifted ang sunction.
General opinion lang itong akin pero nasa admin/co-staff pa rin ang final say. Lahat dapat agree sa isang decision.

Dipende na yan sa kaso, kung magaan lang baka pwede pa cgurong maalis yung pagka-Banned sa kanya at nasa admin/staff parin ang huling desisyon .. pero kung mabigat ang naging kaso nya wag na syang umasa pa na maibalik yung account nya .. Pwede naman sya bumalik Libre naman ang Registration gamit ang ibang IP address .. Magpakabait nalang sya at gayon din ay mag bagong buhay nadin sya at matutunan nya ang mga naging pagkakamali nya dito .. Kung magiging pasaway sya uli alam nya na uli ang mangyayari sa kanya ..
Doon sa sinasabi mong kung ang isang Member dito na gagawa ng Petition/Thread para sa isang member na, na-banned para maibalik ang account nya or ang account nitong nabanned, Hindi magandang ideya o hakbang yan .. Para kayong Nagwewelga nyan at pwede kayong maparusahan sa mga gagawin nyong iyan o hakbang kung sakali katulad sa ibang Forum site .. Mga admin/mod/staff lang pwede gumawa nyan doon sa sagradong nilang Thread at gayon din ay pag-usapan .. Yang mga ganyang bagay ay hindi pwedeng Public view/Public discussion dahil kung ano-ano ang sasabihin ng bawat miyembro at mga sasapaw sa Thread, mawawala ang pagkahealty nitong forum site ..

By the rule of this site if a member is permanently banned no way na syang makabalik unless gumawa sya ng new account at magpanggap na hindi sya yun gaya nga sabi ni limitless pero hindi magtatagal mapapansin din yan katulad nung isang pasaway dito pilit bumabalik maski panghabambuhay na yung kaso nya at ito ang opinion ko bilang admin.

Sir adidas just for clarifiacation ha... kaya pala nung nas pinas ako e twice akong di makapasok at meron set ng date, I made my mistake kasi nga ginawan ko ang aking asawa ng kanyang account (kasali rin siya kasi sa luma natin at nagpagawa sa akin nung nasa pinas ako) kaya ang ginawa ko di ko na lang siya ginawan ng account nya...
Apat kasi ang unit namin at yung dalawa dun ay gamit ko at ng misis ko, siguro na check nyo na iisa ang ginamit namin na IP since isa nga lang broadband namin (wala kasi akong alam sa mga ganito eh)...
Sa ngayun e nakagawa na siya ulit ng bago nyang account sa atin kasi andito na ako sa saudi, baka makita nyo na ang IP ko na ginagamit nun e meron ibang gumagamit na account ( yung sa asawa ko sa pagkakaalam ko kasi nakagawa na siya nung isang araw, pero ayaw nya sabihin sa akin ang account nya para daw mahulit ako he he he)...
Tanong ko lang po e paano kung mag bakasyon ako at sabay kaming gumamit sa iisang IP add, baka naman madamay ulit kami sa ban sana naman po e ma check nyo...

Walang problema un tol, marami kaming way para madetect ang double account kung yun ang inaalala nyo, at kyng maban man kayo without warning at sa akala nyo wala nman kayong violation, message nyo lang kami sa fb at tutulungan namun kayo. Be sure na sabihin nyo agad username nyo at mapadali ang paglutas sa problema nyo.

hehehe nadale ka din tol, meron kasing spam blocker at merong mga IP na nadadale neto at nadadamay ibang members, kung tatanggalin ko nman babaha ang spammer dito mas malaking problema un at pwedeng mapasara tayo. kaya importanteng may contact kayo sa fb page natin para matulungan namin kayo.

are you using proxy? what is your location?
the system found an irregularity on your account and I can't do anything about that it keeps on coming, what you can do is you can message me in PT facebook incase you can't login. Unless the system clears you from any irregularity, this will be a pain in the ass.

David you need to understand that to protect the site against malicious individuals and the like, certain triggers could initiate the banning automatically. It doesn't mean someone banned you. You could have used a different device to login and that device maybe the cause of the banning. You could have done something differently. Did you take a bath yesterday? Did you do it at the same time daily or new time schedule? These changes may cause the banning.
Kidding aside, let's wait for Boss Adi's instructions.

I forgot to tell you if the system detects your proxy being one of the blacklisted source of IP, you will be included in blacklists. So I suggest that keep away from your proxy if you're using one and coordinate with us. If the system adds you on blacklist, there is no way we can help you.
