[HELP] migraine cure?

Please need help po.. may alam po ba kayo painkiller sa migraine?? Ang sakit po kasi pagsinumpong. huhuhu.

naku mahirap yan, ang maipapayo ko lang sa pagkain ay iwas ka sa mamantika, pero yung isda ay maganda kasi meron nutrients ang isda na makakatulong makaiwas sa pananakit ng ulo. umiwas ka din sa sobrang liwanag at noise pollution. kung makikinig ka ng music ay yung soft music lang, wag yung heavy metal.

six may cure a migraine as well as painkillers

A surprising study reveals that getting it on with your partner can cure pounding headaches. Pounding headache? six could cure what ails you just as well as medication, a new study from the University of Munster finds.

Researchers recruited 800 migraine sufferers and 200 cluster headache sufferers. While findings are preliminary, results showed that more than half of the migraine sufferers said their pain subsided after a bout of passion with their partners. Their research was reported in Cephalalgia, the journal of the International Headache Society.

The researchers suggested that six triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, which can reduce, or even eliminate, a headache, The Telegraph reported. While headaches have long been used as an excuse for not having six, the researchers reported that the male subjects in particular used six as a "therapeutic tool."

"Our results show that sixual activity during a migraine attack might relieve or even stop an attack in some cases, and that sixual activity in the presence of headache is not an unusual behavior," the researchers wrote, according to The Telegraph. "six can abort migraine and cluster headache attacks, and sixual activity is used by some patients as acute headache treatment."

btw.. pag may migraine kayo just close all the lights it will help and yes regualr intake of OMEGA or the fat of the fish will help to decrease migrain symptoms...

advil 2000mg nung sinumpong ako ng mindgraine ko yan lang ang tinakse ko after 5 mins wala na.,. pero syempre prescribe dpt ng doctor

I take Etoricoxib when I get a nasty migraine attack.
It's not over the counter though...

Iwasan mo mga foods na mag trigger sa migraine mo like chocolate, coffee, cheese, frozen meats, alcohol. Take paracetamol or aspirin and take a lot of rest

Subukan mo din kaso medyo mahal yung mga cox-2 inhibitor like celecoxib. pag wala pa din avoid noise, light, and other stimulus na nakakapagtrigger ng migraine. Pero ang pinaka the best dyan consult ka sa doctor mo para maevaluate talaga ng tama ang migraine mo.

also do simple massage and try mo pikit mata mo for a few minutes..
i used to have migraine also and ganun yung ginagawa ko sabay inum ng mefenamic, pero as much as possible avoid taking high pain killers kasi mahirap pag nasanay na yung katawan mo sa ganun gamot..
