Yup si cobra, kala ko may main scene siya na papakita niya yung lakas niya eh. kasowala bigla eh. tapos si laxus gsto ko makita yung full strength nya, parang kahit si natsu di mananalo sa kanya talaga.

sa tingin ko it will work sa mini dragons, pero sa 7 dragons hindi gagana, ksi diba yung makakapatay lang sa kanila eh, yung dragon slayer magic? tama ba ako?

3rd greatest magic of fairytal, hmmmm.. even if laxus is a 2nd gen of dragon slayer, Fairy Law - "is a deterrent Magic and is meant to discourage further action from enemies, and is not something that should be released whenever the Caster feels like it." so its not applicable to do such things, also its not a dragonslayer art so it will not inflict damage to the dragons.
