Dinamita Wraps

Dinamita Wraps
{Makes 10 pieces}

Ingredients:
10 pcs. chili fingers
10 pcs. lumpia wrappers
1/4 kilo ground pork
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced onions
salt and pepper to taste
cheese (optional)
oil for frying

Dipping Sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1.  Saute onions and garlic in very little oil and add the pork. Season with salt and pepper and saute until pork is cooked. Set aside to cool.
2.  Take out the seeds from the chilies by cutting a slit lengthwise. Be careful not to cut through and through.
3.  Depending on your preference, you can also add small bits of cheese on the pork. Stuff each chili with the sauteed pork.
4.  Wrap each chili on lumpia wrappers, allowing the stem to show at one end.
5.  Fry each pieces on hot oil and take out as soon as the wrappers turned golden brown. Place on a plate with paper towel to help drain excess oil.
6.  Serve with the dip while it's hot.[/li][/list]

Cath!

Yep! Kimchee is really nice and toooo spicy... But try to have a bite of it with ibang foods like fritters either meat or sea food... Ako usually, i love it mixed with grilled chops of meat or fries and inihaw na fish.., very good talaga!

Lady!

Hihi sabaw sabaw Lady! Pero maghanda ka ng table napkins! Baka tumulo pati pawis sa nostrils!

~~~
Additional suggestion para sa sauce ni Sir B!
Jalapeno Sauce
20 jalapeno peppers, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small white onion, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1 cup distilled white vinegar
Cooking Directions
In a medium sauce, combine oil, jalapeno peppers, garlic, onion and salt.
Cook 4 minutes over high heat.
Add water and cook 20 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Transfer to a food processor and puree until smooth.
Slowly add in vinegar while processing.
Pour into a sterilized jar with a tight lid.
Variation:
If you want the Jalapeno Lime Sauce... You got the trick here just add the lime instead of the vinegar...but if you want the citrusy taste less...dont add the  lime juice ... Just a few shreddings of limeskin will do....
Another one....
If you want that chili hot paste you see in chinese restos... Soaked in oil... But you're too busy to experiment on your dear kitchen at home... I suggest... To use materials that can be bought readily in asian food stores like...'Kimuchee No Moto' Kimchee based sauce ... it's already spiced up with garlic and ground black peppers... You just have to dessicate the chili peppers... What to do?
2 options:
Either you dessicate it the traditional way ( pagbibilad, pasingaw ) or you can opt to choose the easy way and that is to put it an oven...sprinkle with olive oil... 140/150 degrees for 40 mins...
Set aside to cool..and if you have  a mixer or a blender... Mix it with a cup of oilve oil , add up the kimchee based sauce and mix it well til all the ingredients are well blended together...
But.... ( another variation)
If you want the fresh chili paste sauce...
I guess you already know what the trick is...
Do not.. Dessicate the chili peppers..
Scroll up this thread... And look up Sir Bohica's recipe.
Goodah!
Have a nice day everyone!
    i wanna try this at home. I wonder how it´ll taste here kasi yung nabibili ko sa market dito na chili fingers isn´t that so spicy...
    we used to love spicy noodles or anything served super hot during winter pero napansin ko lang, my throat suffers after burning it tapos lalabas ka ng bahay and the temp. is so low
